POSTAGE

All orders cost £1.50 for postage and packing, no matter how many items you purchase at that time.  

A proof of postage is obtained for every item sent so if you do not receive your order with 7 days of posting please e-mail me.  If you would like insurance included in your postage please e-mail me.

SALES AGREEMENT

All products, services and prices shown in my online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

I cannot guarantee the lifelong properties of the beads, stones and findings used in the items of jewellery. To ensure that your purchase retains it’s appearance, please bear in mind that silver reacts with air and tarnishes. This can easily be removed with a silver cleaning method.  Store all items separately to avoid tangling. The use of perfume, cosmetics, hair and body sprays onto jewellery may alter it's appearance over time. Do not wear items of jewellery when swimming, sleeping, bathing, gardening or undertaking strenuous exercise. 

If an item is shown incorrectly due to a technical error, ScarletsBracelets reserves the right to cancel any order for that item.

I welcome customers world wide.  If you live outside of the UK, please do not use the Shopping Basket. Send me an email stating item description, code and price. I  will then send you an e-mail with the correct amount of postage for shipping to your country.
