HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Placing an order is simple.
Browse the online catalogue and add the items you want to buy to your online shopping basket. When you wish to pay for your items click on the 'BUY NOW' button on the shopping basket page. You will then be asked to fill in your delivery details, including a contact email address.
This email address is important because it will be used to keep you informed of the progress of your order. 
You will then proceed to the Paypal website to pay for your order. Paypal's web pages look different to mine but the process is simple and easy to follow. When your payment has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email showing the full details of your order.  After payment details are excepted please click on the 'RETURN TO SCARLETS BRACELETS link to finish your order.

RETURNS POLICY

If your order does not live up to your expectations or there is a problem with your order, please email me immediately with the necessary details, including your order number.
I will do what I can to rectify the situation. I can exchange the item for one of the same price or you can return the item for a refund within 7 days of receipt. 

To refund an item, please email me with details of your order number and the reason why you want a refund. The cost of returning the item is covered by you. You will then receive a refund, minus the delivery charge.
To receive a refund, all items must be returned in the same condition they were received including packaging.  In the interests of hygiene if you have purchased earrings they can only be returned if they are damaged. Worn jewellery cannot be sold again and so will not receive a refund. If you fail to inform me of any problems with your order within 7 days of receipt I will not be liable to offer any compensation or refund.
